SERVICES

All services are performed by students under the supervision of a licensed professional. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. If you are unhappy with the outcome of your experience a re-do can be requested with-in 72-hours of your service and will be scheduled with the original student who completed the first service. This policy is to support the students hands-on learning experience, as it's the only way our students can effectively learn and grow to prepare for their career.

REDO SERVICES

Redo’s must be requested and completed within one week of original service.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns and exchanges for all products within 30 days accompanied with a receipt.

CHILDREN AND PETS

We value your time and safety here, therefore we ask that all children must be accompanied by an adult and a chemical release form must be signed by their parent, if they are requesting a chemical service.

We allow all service animals, but please ask that your pets stay home.

COVID-19

At the Hair Design Centre School of Cosmetology, the safety of our students, our team, and our guests are our top priority. With this in mind, we take every precaution to help stop the spread of Covid-19 at the HDC, with many safety protocols in place. Here is what to expect on your next visit with us:

Optional Masks: Masks are no longer required for our guests or staff. However, please let us know if you would prefer your service provider wear a mask.

Sanitize Upon Arrival: We will direct you to our hand sanitizer/washing station upon arrival

Sterilized Stations: Regular cleaning & sanitization of retail, salon & spa areas

Encourage Touch-less Payment Options: We encourage you to use debit/credit tap if possible

Please Reschedule: If you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms, please contact us to reschedule your appointment
