All services are performed by students under the supervision of a licensed professional. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. If you are unhappy with the outcome of your experience a re-do can be requested with-in 24-hours of your service. This policy is to support the students hands-on learning experience, as it's the only way our students can effectively learn and grow to prepare for their career.


If you are unhappy with the outcome of your experience a re-do can be requested with-in 24-hours of your service. Redo’s must be requested and completed within one week of original service.


Merchandise Return Policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise purchase, return it within 30 days in sealable condition and in its original packaging for a full refund or replacement. All returns must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. The refund will be made in the same tender as the original purchase.

Gift Card and Hair Appliances:

Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Merchant is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Hair Appliances have 30-day money-back guarantee. The appliance must be in the original packaging and with the original receipt.

We value your time and safety here, therefore we ask that all children must be accompanied by an adult and a chemical release form must be signed by their parent, if they are requesting a chemical service.

At the Hair Design Centre School of Cosmetology, the safety of our students, our team, and our guests are our top priority. Optional Masks: Masks are no longer required for our guests or staff. However, please let us know if you would prefer your service provider wear a mask.

Sanitize Upon Arrival: We will direct you to our hand sanitizer/washing station upon arrival

Sterilized Stations: Regular cleaning & sanitization of retail, salon & spa areas

Encourage Touch-less Payment Options: We encourage you to use debit/credit tap if possible
