We have been working hard behind the scenes to ensure the safety of our team and guests is our top priority. We plan to re-open on Monday, June 15. Please read the below to find out what to expect on your next visit with us.

The Retail Experience

Entrance Check-in For Self Screening: review posted survey questions before entering

Sanitize Upon Arrival: we will direct you to our hand sanitizer/washing station

Contact-less Greeting: no hugs or handshakes for now

Touch-less Retail Area: we’ll help you find your product

Physical Distance Directional Signage: to keep staff and guests at a safe distance

Encourage Touch-less Payment Options: we encourage you to use debit/credit tap if possible

The Salon Experience

Temperature Checks: for all guests

Guests Must Wear A Mask: if you arrive without one, you can purchase for $1

Stylists Stations Will Be 6-Feet Apart: or have a solid barrier between stations

Stations Sanitized In Between Each Guest: to maintain guest and team safety

Dividers Will Be Installed: between our shampoo sinks

Only Guests Allowed: no friends or family to accompany you during your appointment

The Spa Experience

Temperature Checks: for all guests

Guests Must Wear A Mask: if you arrive without one, you can purchase for $1

Estheticians Will Wear Face Masks and/or Face Shields: during services

Treatment Rooms and Equipment Will Be Sanitized: in between each guest to maintain guest and team safety

Sheets, Towels, and Robes, and Other Laundry: will be laundered after each service

Only Guests Allowed: no friends or family to accompany you during your appointment

Our Team

Associates And Students Will Wear Masks/Face Shields: at all times while in our facility.

Proper Infection Control & Sanitization Procedures: will be followed by all students and associates

Service Providers Will Wash Hands: thoroughly before and after every guest

Associates and Students Will Be Screened Each Day: for symptoms prior to starting their shift

Tools And Products: will not be shared between stylists and will be disinfected in between each guest

Our Guest Experience

Virtual Check-in: call us when you arrive for your appointment and we’ll let you know when your service provider is ready for you

Waiting Area Will Be Closed: to ensure physical distancing

Bathrooms Will Be Cleaned: after each guest

Coffee & Magazine Service Will Be Suspended: for the time being

Accessible Hand Sanitizer: will be provided to all guests during their visit

Coat Check Service Will Be Adjusted: guests can hang up their own coat for the time being
